Join Namibia's engineering leaders, innovators and emerging professionals for the inaugural Gala Awards Ceremony.

Seating is limited to 250 guests. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. An invitation to an organisation does not automatically include complimentary attendance — organisations that are not official guests or sponsors are warmly invited to reserve a corporate table.

How booking works

  1. Complete the booking formIndividual, young engineer/student, or corporate table.
  2. Receive your booking referenceAn email arrives immediately with a unique reference such as NEEA26-IND-001 and payment instructions.
  3. Pay by EFTWithin [5] working days, using your booking reference as the payment reference.
  4. Send your proof of paymentEmail it to payments@namibiaeea.com, or upload it using the link in your email.
  5. Receive your confirmation and e-ticketOnce Finance has verified your payment. Corporate purchasers then submit their ten guest names.

Unpaid bookings are released after [10] working days so that seats remain available to others. Online card payment will be added as soon as it is technically enabled.

Booking FAQ

When is a booking confirmed?
Only after payment is verified by Finance, or when an authorised complimentary allocation has been approved.
Can I pay online?
Initially EFT only. Card payment will be enabled as soon as the payment gateway is live.
Can I get a refund?
[Refund and substitution policy to be confirmed by the Taskforce.]
I was invited. Do I still need to book?
Official invitees must RSVP by the date in their invitation. Sponsors provide guest names according to their agreed seat entitlement.
What is the dress code?
[Black tie / formal — to be confirmed.]
